His grandfather, Don Carano, founded Eldorado Resorts. The pub restaurant will feature local draft beers, handcrafted cocktails and a range of food options including custom burgers, wings, salads, ribs, pizzas, tacos, pasta dishes and desserts. The Brew Brothers debuted in 1995 and has been a star at the Eldorado Resort Casino in Reno, Nevada, where it has been named the Best Brewpub in America by Nightclub & Bar magazine.
